Comfort Wave Home Services is the newest HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical Company in Oklahoma City! Our HVAC Service technicians diagnose and repair issues within each customer's home. Your priority is to the customer, providing options and ensuring a 5-star quality service with every interaction, on every call.

On May 1, we will be holding on-the-spot interviews for this position. Please come in through the left-side entrance and sign in. Snacks, water, and coffee will also be provided.

Responsibilities:

What Will I Do?

Perform routine maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems
Operate hand and power tools to inspect repair, and conduct maintenance on furnaces, condensers, and compressors
Provide outstanding service through strong communication and customer service skills
Educate your customers on their systems and maintenance requirements
help customers identify areas to improve their home comfort systems
Document services performed and recommendations made by filling in logs and/or records
Complete all tasks in accordance with quality and safety standards
Qualifications:

Do I have What it Takes?

Journeymans license in HVAC (Apprentice accepted for other positions)
NATE-Certified is a huge plus!
Bilingual spanish speaking is a plus!
Mechanical aptitude
Some knowledge in electrical or plumbing is preferred but not required
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations
